Mona Lisa Pizza (“we”, “us”) runs this website and our online ordering at 101 W Fate Main Place, Fate, TX. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email (optional), the items you order, special instructions, and your pickup or delivery time.
• Delivery details: your street address, unit, city, ZIP code, driver notes, and the map location of your address.
• Contact form: your name, contact details and message when you write to us.
• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a payment confirmation and the last few digits of the card.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, used to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your order.
• To send order updates by email or text message, such as when your order is confirmed, ready or on the way.
• To answer questions you send us.
• To keep records for accounting and taxes, and to prevent fraud.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Services we use

We share only what’s needed with these providers:

• Stripe for card payments.
• Twilio for order text messages.
• OpenStreetMap and Photon (Komoot) for address suggestions and delivery maps. The text you type in the address field is sent to them to find matches.
• Our web host, which stores the site and order records.

Saved on your device

Your browser saves your cart and the name, phone and address you entered so you don’t have to type them again next time. This stays on your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for business and tax purposes, and contact messages until your question is resolved.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
