These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Mona Lisa Pizza. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after our kitchen accepts it. We’ll let you know if we can’t fill it.
Ready and arrival times are estimates and can change when we’re busy or because of traffic and weather.
Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you.
Please check your order before you submit it. Call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel it. Once we’ve started making your food, we may not be able to cancel.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Texas sales tax is added at checkout.
You can pay by card online through Stripe, or pay in person at pickup or to the driver, when those options are offered.
Coupons can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may exclude some items.

Delivery

We deliver only within our delivery area. A delivery fee and minimum order may apply and are shown before you order.
Please give a complete address and a working phone number, and be available to receive your order.
Tips go to your driver.

Pickup

Please pick up your order at the time given. Food left more than an hour after it’s ready may be thrown out without a refund.

Food allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, pork and other allergens. We can’t guarantee any item is free of allergens. Our gluten-free crust is made in a kitchen that also uses regular flour. If you have a severe allergy, please call before ordering.

Problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, call us at (972) 722-5567 the same day and we’ll make it right with a replacement, a credit or a refund.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we’ll send texts about your order only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, place fake orders or try to interfere with it. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent.

Liability

We provide this site as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
